Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulation (the “Law”), Truper, S.A. de C.V. (“Truper”) residing at Parque Industrial número 1, Jilotepec, Edo. de México, C.P. 54240l, is responsible for collecting and guarding your personal information, which will be treated as Confidential Information.

Personal information will be used in an enunciative but not limitative way for the following purposes: (i) identification and verification, (ii) contact, (iii) placement of orders, either in writing or by electronic means, (iv) providing timely information on promotions, news and support materials for points of sale, (v) reporting on the status of statements, portfolio, turnover and bonds, and (vi) assessing the quality of the services provided.

Regarding the processing of personal data provided to “Truper”, the latter observes all the principles marked by the "Law" (Article 6): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility. “Truper” may transfer personal data to other subsidiary and affiliate companies in Mexico or abroad, or to third parties without a commercial or illegal purpose, but to comply with the provision of hired services, or involved in any recruitment and hiring process. Any transfer of personal data that “Truper” makes will only be made for purposes allowed by laws.

The exercise of ARCO (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of personal data) rights is made available, or the revocation of the consent given to “Truper” for the processing of personal data, by directly sending a request through the e-mail account: datospersonales@truper.com

The application must include at least: (a) name and address, or other means to communicate a response to the request, (b) documents proving the identity, or where applicable, the legal representation of the requesting part, (c) the clear and precise description of personal data for which it is beeing requested to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (d) The express manifestation to revoke the consent of the personal-data processing and therefore, for them to stop being used, (e) any other element that simplifies the location of personal data.

“Truper” has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures in order to protect the personal data received; such security measures are also required to be satisfied by your service providers, even in the case of subsidiary or affiliated companies providing services to “Truper”. All information provided and / or personal data obtained by “Truper” will be treated as Confidential Information, being properly guarded to prevent its loss, misuse or alteration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Truper” in no way guarantees the security of information, or the imposibility of its interception, alteration or misusage by third parties.

Once this notice is read, it will be deemed that consent has been given to “Truper” for the processing of the personal data provided or for it to be transferred to a third party according to law. If this isn’t the case please send an email to: datospersonales@truper.com
